City-Wide Youth Crusade in Santa Cruz, Bolivia

 

Joy Ministries recently had the privilege of serving the people of Santa Cruz Bolivia through a citywide crusade. As people crowded into the stadium in anticipation of the celebration that they had heard so much about, Pastor Danette boldly proclaimed the message of Jesus! The echoes of the message of Christ rang loud, in this nation where organized churches are illegal and spiritual timidity and division has penetrated the people. However, the presence of God brought forth an unhindered boldness and unity among the people. Such boldness provoked those who received Christ for the first time to stand on a platform and proclaim their transformational encounter with Christ. The “heart” of South America, once divided and controlled by tradition and spiritual suppression, is now being shaken. The young and old were dancing and jumping in the freedom that Christ had given them. The people of Bolivia soon found that this festival would be unlike anything that they had experienced. They were celebrating a friendship with God that would change the rest of their lives!

We believe that God is going to continue to break religious strongholds, poverty, and spiritual suppression in Bolivia. Many young people rushed to the altar to receive their miracle, and to receive salvation.	Young people rushed to the front during the Praise & Worship and danced before the Lord with all their might.	After the crusade, Destiny Crawford had her first TV interview about what the Lord did in the young people.
Over 10,000 fliers and posters were distributed all over the campus of Gabriel Rene Moreno University
