A Message from Danette

Dear Friends & Partners,

The Lord has been saying to me that He wants us to have “limitless thinking”. So many times we view life, our circumstances, and our challenges with a mind-set of limited thinking. We limit what God can do, what God wants to do, and what god will do in us, through us, and for us. Limited thinking starts out in our minds, but quickly spreads to our words and then finally to our actions.

Deut. 1:27-28 says:

“You grumbled in your tents and said, ‘The Lord hates us; so he brought us out of Egypt to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites to destroy us. Where can we go? Our brothers have made us lose heart. They say, ‘The people are stronger and taller than we are, the cities are large, with walls up to the sky. We even saw the Anakites there.”

They weren’t focuses on how big and powerful their God was. They chose to focus on how strong and tall their enemy seemed to be. Then they went on to say that their enemy’s city had walls around it that went up to the sky. Now – get real! Those walls weren’t that high! They just seemed that high due to their limited thinking. The real problem and the real battle was their own mind-set! We need to fast from grumbling and complaining and we need to fast from limited thinking!

Deut. 1:30-31 says:

“The Lord your God, who is going before you, will fight for you, as he did for you in Egypt, before your very eyes, and in the desert. There you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place.”

The truth is, the Lord carries us every step of the way until we reach that place that He has called and destined for us! Limited thinking will cause us to be defeated no matter what the battle. But, “limitless thinking” will cause us to step into everything that the Lord has for us and we will be successful. The key to being successful is “limitless thinking”. And the key to maintaining a mind-set of “limitless thinking” is as follows:

Joshua 1:8

“Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous & successful.”

It’s that simple! As we speak the Word, think the Word and do the Word daily, we will have the “limitless thinking” that the Lord desires for us!
