Single Mom's LIFE Group

 

As a single mom of three, K.D. didn’t realize that God had any plans left for her.  It took everything that she had just to get up some days. But then, one day,she went to Joy Ministries' Mother’s Day Celebration and felt God's love for the first time. She got a copy of Danette’s book and read it until the pages were falling apart. Her tears stained the pages, God was healing her of all of the hurt that she had walked through. She was so hungry to have someone to talk to about all that she was learning.  It wasn’t long after that she opened up her home to Joy Ministries Single Mom’s LIFE Group.  Her life and the lives of her children have been changed.  Her children have been a part of Kid’s Club, and they have learned to read through the Summer Reading Camp.  When she had nothing to give them for Christmas, your support helped Joy Ministries to buy them gifts. Now Kedra is passionate about Jesus, and she is eagerly saving and waiting to move her family to a better neighborhood..
