According to the 2010 Census bureau report, there are currently over 46.2 million people in America living in poverty! CBS news recently broadcasted that "The number of people in the U.S. living in poverty in 2010 rose for the fourth year in a row, representing the largest number of Americans in poverty in the 52 years since such estimates have been published by the U.S. Census Bureau."

 

That means that many American children and families will be without hope and in need of help this Holiday Season. We need your help to make this a Holiday of Hope for people in need! We have already been receiving an abundance of requests from people in need who are looking for assistance this Holiday Season. By giving Christmas gifts to children in need and by ministering to inmates in prison, we plan to make this Holiday Season a Holiday of Hope.

~ Angel Tree Outreach:

We will be collecting and giving gifts to children in need. Your donation will not only allow us to give hope by providing families in need with gifts for their children, but it will also allow us to share the Gospel with them. Every year, whole families receive the gift of eternal life.

 

~ Prison Holiday Outreach:

We will be ministering hope to those in prisons through special Christmas services and by giving a copy of "Don't Quit In the Pit" to hundreds of hurting inmates who need hope.

~ Broadcasting of the “Joy in the Morning” into the homes of hurting and broken people:

Pastor Danette will be broadcasting a message of hope into the homes of hurting people this Holiday Season and our phone counselors will pray with countless individuals that are in need, depressed, or desiring salvation throughout the Holidays.

~ Distribution of food to families in need:

We will distribute meals to individuals who are in need during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. With every basket and bag of food we will share the good news of the Gospel, and many will start a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

~ Holiday parties for at-risk children:

We will host holiday parties for at-risk children, giving them an opportunity to learn more about Jesus Christ and giving them the hope and love that He brings. This also allows us to reach out to new children so that we may get them involved in our life-long discipleship program.

~Bill payment assistance:

As funds are made available we help families in poverty by providing utility and rent assistance so that no family will have to do without the necessities during the Holiday Season.
